Librarians being, as a community, very experienced with censorship requests, and also having an American Library Association round table devoted to games and gaming in libraries, they handled the matter.
The Facebook group where this was reported and discussed is a closed group, so non-members will not find this link very useful. However, a PDF copy of the thread is attached.
