Fish Korma
Fish Korma Recipe Ingredients:
1kg Fish (medium size of fish suitable)
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Onion 1 cup chopped
Ginger Paste 2 tsp.
Garlic Paste 1 tsp.
cilantro Minced fine 2 tbsp.
cardamom 2 green
cinnamon 1″ piece,
Salt as per taste
cooking oil 3/4 cup
chilli powder and 2 Green also
Sugar 1 tbsp
Lemon or lime juice to taste
How to Cook fish Korma
Heat up Cooking and fry Onion till brown mix all other ingredients except sugar and lemon juice and heat through.
Keep together fish and heat covered in low heat. Turn over the fish once (be careful). When the water has almost dried up,
mix sugar and lime/lemon juice. when the Cooking Oil begins to float on top,
you are done.
