many complex forts out of many cardboard boxes and couch cushions. One
halloween I made a full suit of plate armor (cardboard covered in
aluminum foil) for myself when about 12. Also a few years ago for a
charity activity we put on for Hillyard hungry children, calling it
"Extreme Medieval Sports" I built several layered cardboard shields for
the kids to play "joust" with office chairs and noodles. My 3 boys like
to also use them sleds down the stairs, and innumerable other
activities. Definitely a nice selection! ;-)

"Holistic medicine treats the person rather than the disease,
its concern lies with the 'whole person' and with permitting
individuals to assume self-responsibility for their own health.
Whereas illness is the sole concern of 'traditional medicine',
holistic 'well medicine' deals with wellness and health promotion"
