We reported and deleted the message and banned the sender as soon as
we saw it. We're trying to figure out how the message got through in
the first place; one such had been caught by the moderation queue and
(we thought) rejected. In the meantime, please don't quote the entire
spam message on here even if most of us can't read it without help.
