Brief Description Of Assignment:
The successful candidate will perform the functions of a programmer/analyst for the Hire-to-Retire systems teams to analyze, develop, test, and implement enhancements to web applications using Object Oriented Design, J2EE, and IBM Rational Application Developer 6/7, following Client application development procedures.
College Degree:
Yes IT or related field
No
Years of Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years application web development work experience.
Personal Skills Required:
Self-motivated
Well developed technical, analytical, and communication skills
Well developed ability to interpret abstract technical ideas and concepts effectively
Experience working in a team environment
Experience managing multiple priorities for timely completion of assignments
Technical Skills Required:
Candidate should have technical development skills in:
Java
Servlets
JSP
XML
SQL scripting
J2EE standards
Candidate should also have experience with object oriented development using Rational Application Developer version 6 or 7.
Additional Skills/Qualities not required but would be a plus:
Experience using IBM Informatica
Experience maintaining Active Server Pages using .COM Objects
