[CAR-PGa] address change

As Alan mentioned some time ago, I was hacked.  Yahoo is firmly on the side of the hacker and after a week of form emails asking for the same information over and over, having me change my password three times, and total silence for another week, I am giving up.  Please change my email address to <plcardwell@gmail.com

gmail is not as "user friendly" as yahoo, and I won't know until there is a problem if they are any better, but it can't be worse and will have to do until I find out otherwise.  Needless to say, I am not a happy camper - and I wrote the book on camping (America's Camping Book, Scribner's, two editions, now out of print).
