[CAR-PGa] Re: old book / target audience

I spoke with Shelly at PAX East: http://www.examiner.com/article/pax-east-2012-shelly-mazzanoble-discusses-rise-of-the-underdark

And I'll probably speak with her again at Gen Con if you have questions you'd like me to follow up with her.

Some of you may remember hearing of a book called Confessions of a Part-time Sorceress by Shelly Mazzanoble. It was targeted at women who had no experience with RPGs. I wrote a review article about it for the newsletter a couple of years ago. But, we don't know what the target audience thought of the book. Well, my fiancee is pretty close to being the target audience. She has only a tiny bit of RPG experience and that was with D&D3.5. Before she met me she had not played any RPGs at all. I'm going to try to get her to read it and write up a review.
