JOB Title: UX Designer

Location: Midtown, NY

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

UX Designer is expected to develop detailed design specification and prototype based on already gathered requirement. UX designer will gather feedback from team of business users and come up with the UX design. The final design produced by the UX designer should be technologically implementable and simple to use. Designer is also expected to document the work flows along with final screen designs, style guide as the final outcome of the testing. UX designer should be an exceptionally detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in high pressure situation.

 

10+ years as an User Experience Designer with additional related experience preferred

Significant experience developing prototypes for various front office and middle office application (Capital market); worked for Capital market client

Designed an application which has concept of workspaces – tabbed approach within a application (nice to have)

Understanding of various capital market terms such as Trade, Position etc

Proven experience in working with cross functional and global team

Experience in creating business requirement into clean visual design 

Exceptional communication skills

Adobe CS5 (Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Irise etc.)

HTML5 (good to have)
