Position: .NET Developer
Location: Hopewell, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
This person has a minimum of 7-8 yrs experience and has in depth knowledge of software engineering utilizing Web based or Object Oriented Technologies including .NET. Working with other team members from the beginning of the product cycle through release, Software Engineers design and implement sophisticated products using the latest and most advanced engineering technologies in the industry.
Responsibilities include -
Understanding of business requirements & translating them into technical specifications
System design & development (C# .NET Oracle) with SQL Server.
.NET UI design and development of web pages, including AJAX
web services development for the mid-tier using .NET and WCF(very important to have)
Visual Studio .NET and Team Foundation Server
Participation in creating detailed test scripts and test programs to support SQA
Propose framework enhancement & opportunities for system enhancements to improve performance and overall user experience
Support changes and enhancements from initial development through production deployment.
Develop new systems and programs as required by the CUSTOMER to include both upgrades and new releases.
Skills, and have experience with large-scale distributed system environments
Handle special projects as required to completion.
Lead onshore/offshore team as required.
jQuery is good to have
Good communication, detail oriented, self-driven, team player, good analytical skills.
Financial Experience is not completely necessary but would be a nice to have if possible.
