Duration:10 Months Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) brings proven experience from related businesses or organizations as well as system integration and technology experience (more than 10 yrs. experience).
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The person would assist in the testing/implementation of projects currently under way or being planned:
Commonwealth Offset project
Treasury Upgrade Project
Prompt Payment Discounts
Loans Management Changes to AR/AP
Invoicing Changes Correctional Industries Project
Changes to payment clearing process
REQUIRED SKILLS
Required 3Years experience in SAP Public sector experience in AR/AP
Required 3Years experience in A/P - Invoice posting
Required 3Years experience in A/P - payment processes and posting
Required 3Years experience in A/P - SAP Check register
Required 3Years experience in A/R - Dunning process
Required 3Years experience in A/R Invoicing process
Required 3Years experience in writing functional specs
Required 3Years experience in Exp w/Microsoft Excel and Word
SAP A/P knowledge needed
DESIRED SKILLS
Loans Management exposure Highly desired
Knowledge of SAP Check register
