[CAR-PGa] March Game Advocacy Roundup

It's been an interesting month for kids in gaming, ranging from the Boy Scouts launching a new badge to the Girl Scouts beating them to it by several years.  Anita Sarkeesian launched her first installment from her controversial Kickstarter examining women's roles in video games, and a 9-year-old (helped by her mom) launched a provocative Kickstarter to help her go to "RPG developer camp." The game industry seems to be doing better and the press is finally starting to realize that video games can have health and social benefits.
