Technical Capabilities:
BS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering with 10+ years experience or related technical discipline (or work-experience equivalent), MS preferred.
Strong understanding of business requirements, technology trends. Translate into High availability systems solutions
Strong Fundamentals in Linux, Unix, operating systems
Very strong skills in C/Java ,J2EE architecture, Rdbms Oracle/Sql Server and SQL/PLSQL
Knowledge of Rally, IBM DOORs, Rational REQPRO, or any Other industry standard Requirement Management Tools
Ability to do hands on research & development and very good articulation and communication skills.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and able to perform in a global business model
Must also have excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills
Collaborate with overall team in maintaining a cohesive global support structure.
Responsibilities:
Work on technology evaluation of various system solutions to meet Cisco requirement management capabilities
Understand the various project execution methodologies such Agile and Waterfall.
Evaluate integration of the systems with idea management, architecture and project management.
Drive and implement use cases to demonstrate the technical solution and capabilities to meet the requirements.
Perform technical gap-analysis assessment (identifying needs / opportunities / challenges)
Create technical Design document and Readiness plan
