Job Title: Oracle MDM Lead
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 - 12 Months Contract
Required:
1. Oracle 10g/11g certified professional.
2. Experience and strong domain knowledge in Customer Master Data Management (MDM). Certification is Oracle customer MDM space is a big plus.
3. Strong Oracle database, SQL, PL/SQL skills and data migration skills
4. Proficiency with Oracle Trading Community Architecture
5. Experience with Oracle enterprise data quality (EDQ) tool, Oracle customer data hub (CDH). Knowledge of any other data quality solutions is a big plus.
6. Experience working with offshore teams and executing the end to end delivery within the stringent timelines
7. Strong analytical skills, creativity, pro-activeness, and good communication skills are a must.
8. Should be able to come up with MDM Strategy & framework.
9. Should have leadership qualities with ability to guide the development team.
10. Not order taker, but somebody who can add value and drive the execution to closure without much guidance.
11. Team player with a good attitude.
