Previous Candidate Interviews:
• Resume looks good, but candidates are not able to speak to what they did with the technology. IF IT'S ON THEIR RESUME IT IS FAIR GAME TO DISCUSS IN THE INTERVIEW. Please let candidates know this. We've had several interviews which candidates cannot speak to the technology or they do not have experience with the skills listed on their resume. Candidates must have solid OOP & Java programming concepts knowledge – Most candidates are not able to answer basic Java programming questions such as hash code, pass by value, pass by reference, etc.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Proven track record in Android applications development experience
• Minimum of 4 years of mobile software development, and 5+ years other software development
• Technology Knowledge: Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Networking / Communications Knowledge: Web Services, SOAP, JSON, and XML
• Database Knowledge: SQL, and Database Structure
• Android Native (At least APIs 10-19)
• Android Activity Lifecycle
• Unified Mobile Dev Platform Experience (Such as Titanium)
• Agile processes
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
