Role: SAP CS Consultant
Location: Mesa, AZ
Duration: 12+ months
Description:
• Actively leads design workshops for responsible business functions
• Leads process reviews to identify and resolve gaps
• Generates Functional Design Documents for the assigned processes
• Creates functional specifications for any RICEF changes (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
• Obtains business signoff of design documents and functional specifications
• Provides knowledge of SAP Best Business Practices
• Works with Technical Consultants to review and perform knowledge transfer of functional requirements
• Performs Unit and Integration testing
• Coordinates User Acceptance testing with responsible business functions
• Coordinates training with responsible business functions
• Defines cutover activities (technical and functional)
• Provides post go-live support
• Defines new application security roles, or change to existing roles
• Communicates risks and issues to Project Manager
• Reports to Project Manager
Required Skills:
• Knowledge of CS/PM master data (e.g., functional locations, etc)
• Knowledge of SAP organizational structure,
• Background in conversions applicable to Customer Service module, particularly related to Install Base
• Strong background in
o Loaner Management,
o Warranty Management,
o Service Management and
o Install Base Management, and CS/PM master data.
• Understands SAP Service and Repair processes, in warranty and out of warranty global scenarios with serialization and tracking in Install Base
• Base knowledge of medical device processes/requirements with customizations, product serialization, and batch management
Additional experience desired:
• Shipping Loaner; Invoicing Rental Fees
• Testing Agreement with Customer for Loaner
• Warranty/Tech Support –No Returns (Manual Update to Install Base)
• Warranty Returns for Any Product that can be Refurbished
• Replacement – Free of Charge
• Post Goods Issue – Replacement/Warranty
• Customer Repair Out of Warranty
• Return of Customer Owned Items Out of Warranty
• Sale of Customer Contract – Extended Service Contract
• Transducer Trunk Sales, Warranty and Adjustments for Line Credits
• Other Warranty and Miscellaneous Adjustments
• Customer Recertification
• Adverse Event – Out of Warranty
• Create Install Base
• Install Base Updates
