Must have Healthcare Domain (HIPPA, etc would be great), Extensive PL/SQL-Oracle, Silverlight and experience with working in a secure applications environment.
8 yrs utilizing the MS .NET framework and Java technologies with interoperability capabilities across multiple platforms, B2B trading partners, and COTS products.
2. 84 months Experience coding in C#, .NET Framework, WCF,
3. 60 months Experience with Oracle 10G or higher, including coding with PL/SQL
4. 48 months Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
5. 36 months Experience with the implementation security expertise: encryption. Or WSDL OR any SIMILAR security Application protocol
7. 24 months Development experience using Microsoft Silverlight.
8. 36 months Experience working on Large-scale complex Healthcare Systems
