Location: West Houston, TX
12 Months Contract
Priority Skills
• Great communication skills and tenure are KEY
• PL/SQL Reporting experience
• Business Intelligence experience, preferably OBIEE
• Data conversion experience, converting specifically from Oracle 12.1.3 to 12.2.4
• Oracle Modules: HR, Finance, Projects, and Procurement
Responsibilities:
• Provides application functionality and integration knowledge for multiple business processes in a business function
• Experience with business process modeling and related modeling tools is an advantage
• Experience with project methodologies and familiar with application support processes
• Familiarity with application including word processing, spreadsheets, database query, presentation tools, MS Project, Visio
• Configures assigned applications using solutions that promote reuse while supporting business processes
• Analyzes and evaluates application functionality; provides functional direction and recommendations to improve utilization of application functionality
• Develops solutions to gaps that involve multiple systems' inconsistencies functionality globally and regionally
• Participates in user forums to understand functional processes, application gaps and bugs, and future functionality needs
• Executes existing project processes and completes deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable
• Participates in solution functional design and Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Workflow development reviews
• Provides functional expertise for the assigned applications to all Business Units globally
• Performs and documents testing of new releases of the assigned applications
• Develops expertise in emerging application functionality
• Participates in regular project status reviews
• May coach less experienced team members on solutions and functional business processes
