Location: Bethesda, MD
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Job Description:
"Years of Project Management Experience – 5-7
Mandatory Skills – Project management with strong Application support background , Strong Communication skill
Must have
• Total IT experience around 12 years with 5 years in Project management
• Proven experience in Application support project management ( 24 * 7 ) involving Support tickets, Incident & Change management, adhering to and reporting on stringent SLAs, managing enhancement tasks.
• Experience interacting with IT & Business SMEs, reporting & presenting status to IT Directors
• Experience in J2EE & related technology; have guided technical team
• Have managed at-least one multi-year large AMS project (>1MN USD) from Onsite involving application & infrastructure services for business critical applications ( downtime has direct Biz/Revenue impact for Client)
• Must have good analysis or problem solving skills; proven ability to form a functional view of applications and suggest/optimize/implement aligned support processes.
• Experience working with distributed teams(onsite offshore model)
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have an ability to work to deadlines, coordinate with multiple teams (Internal, Client & other vendors) on dependencies (eg Critical problem resolution, critical deployments etc)
Preferable
• Understanding of SLA frameworks, OLA, penalties/credits tied to SLA
• Experience with Mobile development
• PMP or ILTL certification
