Position: Peoplesoft Functional HR
Location: North Carolina
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Peoplesoft Functional HR/Benefits Consultant
Excellent knowledge/experience of PS HCM, Base Benefits and Payroll with proven project delivery through full life cycle from requirements through
deployment/support.
Ability to use and adhere to project methodology
Excellent team lead skills including ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered/custom
solutions to meet these requirements
Proficient in Base Benefit configuration, testing knowledge and mentoring business analysts Experience is highly preferred..
Strong requirements gathering skills.
Excellent analysis, design, and ability to analyze and streamline business/system processes.
Ensure internal/external interface data integrity.
Ability to work with the functional/technical team members to document requirements, create functional designs and to provide developers with support.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years PeopleSoft HR implementation experience and currently working with PS 9.0 or greater
5 years of experience in 1 or more of the following modules: Core HR, Benefits, TAM, eRecruit, ePerformance, ESS, MSS, ELM, Pensions
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday)

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
